Upon hearing of the appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Mary whitechappel
in this County against an Order under the hands and
Seales of Lawrence Streat< no role > and John Saunders< no role > Esqr . two
of his maties Justices of the peace for the County of middx
(quor anus) bearing date the three and twentieth day of
June last whereby Frances Gatham< no role > widow was removed
from the parish of st Clement Danes in this County
unto the sd parish of St.mary white chappell in the said
County as place of the last legall settlement of the
said Frances Gatham< no role > And upon hearing of what was
insisted or by Councell for the Inhitants of the said parish
of St. Clement Danes and alsoe by Councell for the
Inhabitants of the said parish of St. Mary whitechappell
For that it appeareth to this Court that the sd. Frances
Gatham< no role > was last legally settled in the sd parish of St.
Mary Whitechappell This Court doth disallow of this said
Appeale And doth. ratifye and cofirm the aforesaid Order
of the said two Justices of the peace And doth require the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of St. Mary Whitechappell and all other persons
concerned to yeild due obedience there unto
