The Humble Peticon and appeale of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of this Parish of St: Mary White Chappel in the
said County.

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and Seals of Robt:
Kyrby< no role > and Saml: Jones< no role > Esqrs : two of his Maties: Justices of
the peace for the sd: County (Quor unus) bearing date ye.
7th. day of May last , Alice Smith< no role > was removed from the
Parish of St: John of Wapping in the said County, to the
said Parish of St: Mary White Chappell as to the Place
of her last legall Settlement

That your petrs think themselves agreived
by the Jud [..]
humbly appeal to this Honble: Court against
the same

And pray that your Worships would be
pleased to Order the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of
st: John Wapping and all other Persons
concerned to attend this Court Some
day this present Quarter Sessions to
hear and abide the Judgement and
determinacon of this Court touching the
said Appeale
