Generals Quarter Sessions

The Humble Peticon of John Messuard< no role >

Sheweth


That on ye. Sixth day of April in the year 1716 yor Petr was bound Apprntice
to one Frederick Richard< no role > of St Martin an ye Fields Lapidary for this
Tern of Seven Years to Learn ye Art of a Lapidary

That his said Master hath not a flowed ye. Peticon Sufficient Meat
drink washing Etc Loading but often times went into the
Countrey for his Pleasure & Sometimes continued there for
Some months leaving yor Petr a Charge to the Parish of
Saint Martin in the fields altho he had Seven pounds paid
him by your Petrs father

That upon Complaint made ye Peticonr [..]
of his sd. Masters usage to the Worpll. Justice Milner
he Granted a Warrant agt. this sd. Master but he end [..]
not be taken and is now Clone Peconr in the Fleet
Pusion for Debt

Yor: Petr. humble Prayes the Primisses considered
thas the May be discharged from his sd Master so
that he may serve ye recidue of the sd Term [..]
wth. some other person useing the same To ade [..]

And yor. Peticonr (as in Duty bound) Shall ever pray Etc
