& Overseers of the Poor office Parish of [..] allows
Lombard street in the Citty of London

Sheweth


That by Vertue of a Warrant under the hands &
Seales of Thomas Rand< no role > & John Whetham< no role > two of his Maties
Justices of the peace for the Said County (Quor Unus) bearing
Date the 24th: Day of March last One Elizabeth Ebrall< no role > Widdow
with 2 Children vizt Josiah< no role > & William Ebrall< no role > were removed
from the Parish of St. Gyles without Cripplegate to the Said
Parish of Alhallows Lombard Street Alledging that the Said
Parish is the Place of the last Legall Settlement of this Said
Elizabeth Ebrall< no role >

That Your Peticoners hope to prove that the Sd Elizab
Ebrall
< no role > had no Legall Settlement in the Said Parish of
Alhallows Lombard Street whereby they Conceive themselves
Aggreived by the Judgment of the Said two Justices And Do
humbly Appeale to Your Worpps thereon

Your Peticoners therefore
humbly Pray Your Worpps will be
pleased to hear them in the prmises
and Order the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of St. Gyles
without Cripplegate to hear [..]
