then attend doetotake an accompt in Writeing of the Names of
all such Victualers whose licences shall be then suppressed &
alsoe of such Victualers to whom the Justices of the peace
then present shall refuse to renew or grant such Licence to be
transmitted to and left with the Clerke of the peace of this
County To the end noe Licence may be afterwards granted to
any Victualer soe suppressed or to any person who shall be
then refused a Licence without applicacon made for the sa [..]
in open Sessions

That It would be for the Service of this County to have an
accompt of the Licences in each Division printed and a List of
the Names of each Victualer delivered by the Clerk of the
peace to the Justices of the peace resideing in each Division
yearly in Easter Sessions

all


That on the days appointed for Generall Renewall of Licences
each Victualer ought to pay to the Clerke of the peace for the
Kings duty One shilling, for his fee of entring & Registring One
shilling and six pence, for the Justices Clerks One Shilling, And
on granting of Licences to New Victualers for the Kings duty One
shilling, to the Clerke of the peace two shillings and six pence
for the Justices two Clerks two shillings and Six pence, And of
there be paid to the present Cryer of the said Court for the
delivery of each Licence to the respective Victualers One shilling [..]
And that noe more or greater fees be taken or paid by any person
or persons, whatsoever on accompt of such Licences

That these Rules be printed and affixed at the severall places
appointed for renewing of Licences

all


That the respective High Constables of the Severall Divisions in this
County doe at the times appointed for the generall Renewing
of Licences to Victualers within their respective Divisions lay
before the Justices of the peace then present the Names of all
such Victualers who keep any disorderly or illgoverned house
within their respective Divisions To the end Such Offenders may
be dealt with according to Law.
