Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands & Seals
of Maties: Justices of the peace for the said County
(Quorum unus) bearing gate the 16th: day of October

removed from the Parish of St: Giles in the Fields in this County
to the sd Parish of St: James Westmr as to the place
of the last Legall Settlemt: of the sd Jeremiah

That your Petrs. think themselves agreived
be the said Order and Humbly appeale to this Honble:
Court agt: the Same

And pray that your Worships would
be pleased So Order the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said Parish of St: Giles in the
Twelve and all other persons concerned to attend
this Court Some day this prsent Quarter Sessions to
[..] and abide the Judgmt: and determinacon
of this Court touching the said appeale
