Sheweth

That yor peticon is rated to the poors
and Scavengers rates of the Said parish for Twenty five
pounds pr. Ann for the house he lives in altho': he Rents
but Twenty pounds pr. Ann

Yor. Peticon
therefore thinks himself agreeved by the Said Assessment
and Appeales against the Same

Yor. peticon therefore humbly
prays for Such releife as Your
Worshipps shall See meet

And Yor. Peticon shall ever pray Etc
