To the Clerke of the peace of and for the County of Middx or his
Lawfull Deputy I the Right Honble Anthony Lord Viscount Mountague
in Pursuance of and in Obedience to a Late Act of Parliament Entituled
an Act to Oblige Papists to Register their names and reall Estates Doe by
this present Writing under my hand Desire Yon or one of you to Register
my Name and Estate in the Message Lands Tenements and hereditaments herein-
after Contained Scituate Lyeing being and arriseing in the said County
of Middx in the Manner and words following (Viz)

A True particular of the Message Lands Tenements and hereditaments Scituate
Lyeing being and arriseing in the County of Middx Whereof I the Right Honble
Anthony Lord Viscount Mountague or any other Person or persons In Trust
for me or for my Use Benifitt or Advantage is or are Seized or possessed or in
the receipt of the Profitts (Viz)

All that Messuage or Tenement with the Stables Yards Gardens Cellar Sollars Roomes
Erections Buildings and Appurtences Scituate Lyeing and being in Great Queen Street
in the Parish of St. Giles in the Feilds in the County of Middx Lett by my Late Father
Henry Lord Viscount Mountague from yeare to yeare to the Portugall Envoy at
and Under the Yearly rent of One hundred and Forty pounds

In Which premisses I have an Equitable Interest to me my heires Descended to
one by the Death of the said Henry Lord Viscount Mountague my Father lately Deceasd
who Conveyed the same to Trustees and their heires for raiseing Severall Sumes of
Money.
