Whereas Complaint heth been made unto us

Justices of the Peace for the said County (Quorum unus )by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary White Chappell in
the County of Middlx above said that

aged about fourteen years and

aged about two years the Lawfull Issue of her and her said Husband
are lately Come into the said Parish of St. Mary Whitechappell
endeavouring
to Settle them selves there Contrary to Law and are likely to become
chargeable to the said Parish all which wee the said Justices do find and
adjudge to be true And Whereas it also further appearsth unto us upon
Oath that the said

was last legally settled in ye
Parish of
St. James
in the County of Middlx
aforesaid And upon
a Strict and diligent determination are Cannot fixd any legale settlement
the said Robert Evans or his said Wife

Children hath had or gained in any other Parish or Place since Wee
the said Justices do therefore adjudge the said Parish of St. Martins
to be the Place of the last legall settlement of the said

to ye said Parish of St. Martin
in ye said
County and deliver then to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
there or to some or one of them Who are here by required them to receive
and provide for According to Law Given under our hands and
