the sd. Parish of Chiswick, and upon reading the aforesd.
Order in the presence & hearing of Councell for the
Inhabitants of the sd. parish of Chiswick & alsoe of
Councell for the Inhabitants of the sd. parish of Ashford
For that it is not menconed in the sd. order that the sd.
Thomas Benjamin or his sd. wife or the sd. Children or any
of them were become chargeable to the sd. parish of
Chiswick & [..] for other defects & imperfections of the sd.
Order, This Court is of opinion that the aforesd. Order is
defective & insufficient in law And upon mocon of
Councell for the Inhabitants of the sd. parish of
Chiswick Doth quash & vacate the same.
