Where as Complaint hath been made unto Us whose
hands and Seales are here unto Sett Two of his Mats:
Justices of the Peace for the Said County Middx (Quor un)
by You the Said Churchwarden & Overseers of the Poore
of the Said Hamlett that One Anne Cottman< no role > did Lately
into the Said Hamlett Endeavouring to Settle herselfe
there Contian) to Law and Where as itt Appeareth Unto
us the Said Justices that the Said Anne Cottman is
Likely to become Chargeable to the Said Hamlett and
itt also appeareth Unto Us Upon Oath that the Said
anne Cottman was last Legally Settled in the Parish
of St: Dunstans in the East in the City of London which
Wee doe adjudge to be True

Require you or Some or One of You forth with on Sight
here of to Remove and Convey the Said Anne Cottman< no role >
from and Out of the Said Hamlett of Poplar &
Blackwall to the parish of St. Dunstans in the East in
the City of London aforesaid and her there Leave
with the Churchwarden and Overseers of the poore
or Some or One of them who are hereby Required her
to Receive and provide for according to Law and
here of faile not att Your Perills Given under
our hands and Seals the 29th Day of March
