Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of
his Majts. Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
(Quorum unus by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the parish of St. Botolph without aldgate in the said
County That Rachel Vaughan< no role > the Widow of Edward Vaughan< no role >
deced and her three Children (Vizt) Samuel < no role > aged about tenn
years Edward < no role > aged about Six years and William < no role > aged about
two years the law full Issue of the said Edward Vaughan
deced are lately come into the said Parish endeavouring to
Settle there contrary to Law and that they are likely to become
chargeable to the said parish Wee the said Justices upon
Examinacon of the premisses and of the said Rachel Vaughan
upon Oath Do Adjudge the same to be true and that the
last place of the legall Settlement of the said Rachel
Vaughan and her said three Children is in the Parish of
East Greenwich in the County of Kent .

These are therefore in his Majts: Name
to Comand you on sight here of to remove and Convey the
said Rachel Vaughan< no role > and her said three Children from and
out of the said Parish of St. Botolph without aldgate
to the said parish of East Greenwich and deliver them
to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore there or
to one of them according to Law Given under our hands
theand Seals the 9th: day of November Anno Dni 1716 .

To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore of the parish of
St. Botolph without aldgate in the County of Middx

And to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore of the parish of
Last Greenwich in the County of Kent.
