To the Rt Worpll: his Majesties Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their General quarter Sessions
assembled:

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Katherine Creed church
in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a pass warrant or order under the hands and
Seals of two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the County
of Middlesex (one being of the Quorn) bearing date the Eighth
Day of December last past John Hatton< no role > Labourer aged about
36 years together with Mary < no role > his Wife and three Children Vizt
William < no role > aged 16 years, Mary < no role > Eight years and Robert < no role > four years
was removed from the parish of St Pancras in the said County
of Middx unto the said parish of St Katherine Creed church
London Settlement That your Petitioners Conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Order of the said two Justices [..] do
humbly Appeal to your Worpps therefrom

Your Petrs therefore most humbly pray your worpps
will be pleased to hear them in the prmisses and Order
That the Church wardens & Overseers of the poor of
the said parish of St Pancras may appear before
you and hear and abide the determinacon &
Judgment of your worpps touching this Appeal
