To the Church wardens, and Overseers of the Poor of the Psh of St. Pancras
in this Country, and to the Churchwardens, and Overseers of the Poor of the Psh.
of St. Clement Danes in this County and to every of them, and to all
others of Whome these may Concern.

Whereas it appeareth unto us two of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace for the sd. County of Middx: (Quor. unus) by the Complaint of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor, of thePish:of St. Pancras in the sd.
County; that Robert Monday< no role > Farrier, aged about 50 Years, together with
Ann his Wife and Six Children did lately intrude in to the sd. Pish: with a
design to settle there, whereby they are likely to become Chargeable,
to the sd. parish, and whereas upon the Examination of the sd. Robert
Monday upon Oath before us, it appeareth that the sd. Robert Monday
was last legally Settled in the psh. of St. Clement Danes in the sd. County
and that he hath not Since, obtained any legal Settlement whatsoever

Therefore we the sd. Justices upon the proof aforesd. doe adjudge and
deeme the sd. place of the Last legall Settlement of the sd. Robert Monday< no role >
to be in the psh. of St. Clement Dane in the sd. County and Whether he the
sd. Robert Monday, and his Wife & Children aforesd. ought by Law to
be sent.

These are therefore in his Majesty's name
strictly to charge and Command you and every of you forthwith upon
sight hereof to remove, and Convey, the sd. Robert Monday< no role > together wth. Ann
his Wife and his Six Children Viz Mary aged 21 Years, Susanna Eight
years, Robert seven Years, Johanna fours Years, John Three Years,
Edward one Year; from out of the sd.psh. ofSt. Pancras, in and to the said
parish of St. Clement Danes, in this County, and Deliver them (together with
this Precept) to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to
some one of them, who are hereby required to receive and provide for them
according to Law. Hereof faill not att Your perrills given under overhand
and Seals this 8th day of December in the third Year of the reigne
of our Sovereign Lord George by the grace of God of Great Britain France
and Ireland King Defender of the Faith Annoqr Dom 1716
