In Obedience to Your Worships Order of Sessions relating to
yeCellars Standing out in the Streets Persons going about the Streets with Wheel barrows
and also Seditious and treasonable ballads, I have taken
a View of the Severall Offences Committed in the Severall Parishes
and Libertys within my Division and do find that severall
of ye Cellars have been Indited & stand indited and the Constables have promis'd
that ye rest Shall be Indited at the next Sessions, as for the
Wheel barrows they have been taken up some of them and Carried before a
Justice of ye Peace who has ordered them to be Continued upon
taking off the Wheels And as for the Ballads there are very
few or bong of them about at this time This is the best account To an
give at Present but Shall give a better at ye next Sessions.
