The Humble Peticon and appeale of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the poor of the Hamblett of Mile end
New Towne in the parish of St: Dunstan Stepney
in the said County.

Sheweth.

That [..] by an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of Alexander Pitfield< no role > and Samuel Benson< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Majts: Justices of the peace for the said County (Quorum unus)
bearing date the 23d. day of July last Edward Stone< no role > with Rebecca< no role >
his wife and his two Children John< no role > aged about eighteen Months
and Joseph< no role > a young Child about a Month old were removed from
the parish of St: Leonard Shoreditch in this County to the said
hamblett of Mile End New Towne as to the place of their last
legall Settlement.

That your Petrs. think themselves agrieved by
the said Order and therefore humbly appeale to this Honrble: Court
against the same.

And pray that your Worships would be
pleased to Order the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poore of the said parish of
St. Leonard Shoreditch and all other persons
concerned to attend this Court some day this
present Generall Session to heare and abide
the Judgement and determinacon of this
Court touching the said appeale.
