That by Order or Warrant Dated the Third day of August last
under the hands and Seales of Thomas Rand< no role > and Richard
Browne< no role > Esqrs: two Of his Maties Justices of the Peace for this
County (Quor un) Elizabeth Rydder< no role > Widow was Removed
from the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate in this County
to the aforesaid Parish of St Gregorys by St Paul as the place
of the last legall Settlement of the said Elizabeth Rydder< no role >

That your Peticoners conceive themselves Aggrieved by the
said Order of the said two Justices and Appeat against
the Same.

Your Peticoners therefore humbly
pray your Worshipps will be pleased
to appoint a Day in this Session for
all parties to attend to hear & abide
the Judgment & Determination of
this Court touching the said Appeal
