The humble peticon of Sarah Blaine< no role > of the Hamble of
Spittle feilds in the County of Middx widow .

Humbly Sheweth.

That yor. peticonr in July Sessions last peticoned this
Honoble Joint for Releife from the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the poor of the Hamblett of Spittlefeilds in this
County whereupon this Honoble Court Refeued it to
Samuel Perry< no role > Esqr one of his Maties Justices of the
peace for this County who ordered that the Church
warden & Overseers of the said Hamblett should
allow yor petr. [..] Five shillings P month which
said order the Churchwarden & Overseers of the
poor of the said Hamblett have not complyed with
[..] still refuse to allow yor petr the said pension

Yor Petr therefore humbly prayes
yor Worpps will be pleased to grant
yor petr an Order for the Churchwar-
den and Overseers of the poor of the
Hamblett of Spittlefeilds to attend
this Court to shew cause why they
have not complyed with the said
Justices of the peace order and paid
her her pension thereby allowed
her And yor. petr shall pray Etc.
