first day of August instant make a Great Riot and
Tumult about the dwelling house of him ye. sd Lister
crying out High Church and Ormond for ever and
did then assault him and break his windows soe yt. he
his Family were in danger of their Lives, and of
haveing his house pulled downe.

Likewise to draw another Indictmt. against
one Tho. Brooks< no role > a Constable there for not suppressing
the sd Riot, being prsent, & desired soe to doe by ye sd
Lister, and two Headboroughs of the sd parish then &
there psent.

Likewise agt. ye. sd Milton & others
for makeing a Riot & an Assault upon
Peter Blewsee< no role > Headborough in the
Execucon of his Office & Rescueing one of ye
Riotors out of his custody at the same
time
