That at Midsummer last there was due unto yor. Peticonr
the Sume of Thirty pounds for the last yearly payment of
Sixty pounds Sallary allowed him by this Honoble. Court

Your Peticonr therefore humly prays yor
Worpps will be pleased to order the said halfe
yearly payment of thirty pounds due att
Midsumer last to be paid to your Peticonr
as to your Worpps shall seem meet

And yor Peticoner as in duty bound shall
pray Etc.
