the peace for the County of Middx

The humble Peticon of Ann Cook< no role > Spinster

Sheweth


That your peticoner Served Mr Samuel Pumpillions< no role >
Wife As Chamber Maid near a year and Quarter at £5 per
Annr Wages, And the said Mr Pumpillion Mother dyeing
near Five Months Since the said Mr Pumpillion gave your Peticonr
Mourning for his said Mother

That your peticoners Mistresse told your peticoner that if
your peticoner did not Goe from her in A Month or two your
Peticoner should have the said Mourning.

That your Peticoners Mistresse has turned away your Peticonr
Without giveing your Peticoner A Months Warning which was
her Agreement And retains £3..10s..0d due to your peticoner for
Wages And All your Peticoners Cloaths Unlesse your Peticoner
Will give Back her said Mourning Not with standing your Petr
has Worn her said Mourning near 5 Months in their
Servite.

Your Peticoner therefore most humbly
prays your Worshipps Willbe Pleased
to Order your Peticoner her said Cloaths
and Mourning together with the three
Pounds tenn Shillings due to her for Wages
And Also her Months Warning.

And your Peticoner Shall
Pray Etc.
