That yor: petr: is convicted for a Rescue Sworne
against her by Robert Patrick< no role > and fined Tenn Pounds
your Petr: haveing Seven Children and in a very poore
Conditionandher goods being seized upon by an Execucon
And yor. petrs. husband haveing absented himselfe from
his place of aboade ever Since Aprill last which makes
yor: Petr: atterly uncapable of paying the said Fine
and what your Petr: did at that time was only in
Defence of her Husband.

Your Petr: therefore humbly Pray's
that your Worpps will be pleased to
take her yor: Petrs: Case into your most
Serious Consideration and to Mitigate
the said Fine.

And yor: Petr. shall ever Pray Etc.
