Sheweth

That Yor. Peticonr. is rated to assessed [..] for his
Tythes & Glybe Land lying in the said parish of Hanwell ,
at the rate of one hundred pounds p ann for & towards the
releife of the poor there

Yor. Peticonr. thinking himself aggrieved wth. the
said Rate or Assessmt. Appeales to this Court for
Releife And Prayes that this Court will be
pleased to order the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of Hanwell to
Attend this Court Some day this Sessions to
hear & abide the Judgment & determinacon
of this Court touching this Appeale.
