maketh Oath that he this Depont: did on yesterday
deliver unto & leave with the wife of John Wright< no role >
Vintner a Subpenn Tickett directed to the said
John Wright< no role > Did the [..] thereby Comanding
him to appear before his Majties: Justices of the
pease at Hicks's Hall this prsents day at.
ten of the Clock in the forenoon to testifye
the trueth according to his knowlodge in a Cause
of Appeale on the behalfe of the Pish of St:
Brides aforesd. agt: the Pish of St: Mary
Matfelon als White Chapple in the County
of Middx relateing to the Settlemt; of Robert
Topp

was then answered by the sd. Mr. Wrights wife
that her husband was ill & out of Towne & could
not attend this day And this Depont: further Saith that
the said John Wright< no role > is a very Materiall
Witnesse in the said Cause & wthout: whose
testimony this Depont: verily beleives the sd.
Pish of St: Brides court Safely stand tryall
