Upon reading the humble peticon of Elizabeth Boone< no role >
widdow Relict & Executive of Charles Boone< no role > deced
late high Constable of the Tower Division in this
County exhibited unto this Court settingforth that the
Petrs. said late husband by vertue of severall orders
made by his Maties. Justices of the peace for this
County, and severall assessmts. made upon the
Inhitants of the sd Division for repaire of County
bridges, the house of Correction at Clerkenwell,
passing of vagrants, & for the Marshallen Kings bench
& hospitalls collected & [..] reced severall sumes of
money, for great part whereof the accompted in
his life time to the Trearer appointed to receive
the same, and some small part is in the Petrs. hands
yet unaccompted for, and the residue of the moneys
due on such rate is yet uncollected. And that the
Petrs. said husband dyed the eighteenth day of
December last , and the Petr. is desirous to have her
said husbands accompts adjusted & is ready to pay
the ballance remaining in her hands to such persons
as this Court shall appoint, And the Petr. praying
that this Court would be pleased to appoint some
persons to inspect & per use the sd rates, and take
an accompt of the said Charles Boone< no role > 's receipts &
disbursmts, on accompt thereof, and to allow the
Petr. some reasonable recompence for the great
service & ex [..] ce her said husband [..] was at in
collecting the said moneys, It is thought fit and
Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
