releife of the poor of the said parish, Now upon hearing
of what was insested on by mr. Corbett of Councell for
the petr. and alsoo by John Clarke< no role > Churchwarden
& John westbrook< no role > one of the overseers of the poor of
the said parish of Hanwell [..] It
appeareth unto this Court upon oath that the petr.
hath been usually assessed for his tythes & globe in
the said parish towards the releife of the poor of the
saidsame parish after the rate of eighty pounds P ann
& noe more, And It not appeareing to this Court that
the petrs. tythes & globe in the aforesaid parish are of
any greater yearely value This Court is of opinion
that the Petr. is overcharged in the sd. rate [..]
[..] made for releife of the poor of the said
parish, And doth order that the moneys assessed upon
the petr in the sd. rate be reduced, and that he doe
stand charged therein after the rate of eighty pounds
p and only, of which the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish & all other
persons countered are hereby required to
take notice.
