publique vestry of the said parish and without
the consent of or calling to their assistance the
cheifest & most antient Inhabitants of the sd parish
(as hath been constantly practiced there) have
made a yeares rate to be collected monthly of &

of the poore there for this present yeare one
thousand seven hundred & fifteen according to
a pound rate, after the rate of two shillings in the
