whereas Upon reading the humble peticon & appeale of
the Churchwardens & overseers of the peace for the
poor of the parish of St. Bridgett als Brides London
exhibited into his Maties. Justices of the peace for the
County of Middx assembled at the last Generall Quarter
Sessions of the peace [..] held for the same County
by adjornmt. on Tuesday the Twenty sixth day of
April last settingforth that by warrant under the
hands & Seales of Samuel perry< no role > & Thomas sewell< no role >
Esqrs . two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the
County of Middx (Quorum urns) beareing date the
ninth day of March last Robert Alcock< no role > & Mary< no role > his
wife & Ann< no role > their daughter aged about five yeares
were past on the petrs. as the place of their last
legall settlemt. from the parish of St. Mary Matfelon
als whitechappell , And that the petrs. conceived
themselves aggreived by the Order of the said two
Justices, and appealed therefrom to the said Court
of Sessions, It was ordered by the same Court that the
Churchwardens & overseers of the poor of the parish
of st. Mary Whitechappell in the sd County of Middx
& all other persons concerned should attend the said
Court on the twenty ninth day of April aforeSaid to
heare & abide the Judgmt. & determinacon thereof
touching the said appeale, And by order then made
by the same Court the hearing & determining of
the said appeale was adjorned untill the one &
thirtieth day of may now last past at eight of
the clock in the forenoon, And whereas by order
