peace for the County of Middlx

The humble peticon & Appeale of Felix Peast< no role > Esqr
of the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the said
County.

Sheweth


That your Petr rents a house and brewhouse in
the said Parish And is rated towards the releife of the
poor of the said parish £3 P Quarter And that your petr poays but £51. [..]
Pound and is charged after the rate of £80: P and to the sd poore
Rate: Therefore your petr conceive himselfe to
be evercharged in the said Rate And appeales agt
the Same.

Your petr therefore prays your
Worps that he may be releived
in the Prmies as your Worps shall
Seem meet.

And he Shall pray etc.
