I have been & am Still diswades from
applying to my Sd Chancellour in relation
to Robert Buxton< no role > my rebellions Clark ,
on acct of Office moneys, in his hands,
& of wth, wee rant fully thear him till the
One of the 4 Seales. For to procure him
to be Sent to the Fleet or otherwise to
fine Security for his good behaviour,
With fifty pounds of my office money in
his hands, Will appear to be a remidie
Worse then the decease: Besides as it
Unluckily falls out, I am at prsent in so
Week a condicon by in eans of a Cold that
has Stuck Upon me these tenn days past,
tha in good earnest I am in noe sort
capable of transacting, any thing;
for wth reasons, I once more begg the favour
of you to respite my appearance till the
next Sessions. & noe longer & to Signify
