of Middle at their Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace held at
Hicks Hall for the said County

The humble petition and appeale of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the parrish of St John
of Wappin in the County of Middlx aforesaid

Sheweth

That by vertue of an Order under the hands and seals of Whit
Bulstrode< no role > and Alexander Ward< no role > Esqrs . Two of her Majties Justices of
the peace for the said County of Middlx bearing date the 16th. day. of
March 1713 one Joseph Carr< no role > was removed from the Liberty of Saffron
hill Hatton Garden & Ely rents in the parrish of St: Andrew Holborne in
this County to the said parrish of St John of Wappin , and your
Petitionrs. think themselves to be aggreived thereby

Quarter Sessions for the hearing and
