The humble Appeale of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the parish of St. Peter le Poore Broadstreete London .

Sheweth.


That by an Order dated the 26th. day of March 1714 & under
the hands of Stephen Hall< no role > & Thomas Frampton< no role > two of her
Maties. Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx (Quorum
unus) by which Said Order One John Shaw< no role > & Sarah< no role > his Wife
& theire Two Children George< no role > & Sarah< no role > were passed from the
parish of St. Mary Matfellon als Whitechappell in the County
of Middx to the said parish of St. Peter le Poore Broadstreete
as theire legall Settlement.

That the said Churchwardens & Overseers of St. Peter le
Poore most humbly Conceive themselves aggrieved by the
said Order And pray an Appeale to this Honoble. Bench

yor. Petrs. humbly crave this Honoble. Court to
appoint a day for hearing of your Peticoners
Appeale against the said Order

And yor Petrs. Shall ever pray Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poore of the parish of St. Mary Matfellon als Whitechappell
in this County have notice of this Appeale & that they & all
other persons concerned do attend this Court on Thursday next at
time of the Clock in the forenoone to heare & abide the
Judgment & determinacon of this Court touching the Said Appeale
