the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in the said Libty
of Westmr . and to the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. Ann in the said
Libty of Westmr . and to every of them

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of
her Majts. Justices of the Peace for the said Libty (Quor-
un) by you the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields That
Elizabeth Aldridge< no role > widow of Thomas Aldridge< no role > dead
to come and intended into your said parish contrary to
Law and is become Chargeable to your said Parish
And whereas it appears unto us upon Examination
taken before us upon Oath and other Circumstances
That the said Elizabeth Aldridge< no role > was last legally Settled
in the said Parish of St. Ann Wee do adjudge and declares
that the said Parish of St. Ann in the said Libty of Westmr .
is the Parish and place of the last legall settlement of
the said Elizabeth Aldridge< no role > And that the said Elizabeth
Aldridge< no role > is become chargeable to the said Parish of St.
Martin in the Fields

These are therefore in her Majts name to require
and Comand you the said Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Martin in the Field
to remove and convey the said Elizabeth Aldridge< no role > [..]
of and from your said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
unto the said Parish of St. Ann and to deliver her to
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there
or to same or one of them who are here by required
to receive her and provide for her as for other there
Poor Hereof faile not at your Perill Given under
our hands and seales the 17th: day of Aprill Anno
