This Court being informed by severall of her Maties Justices
of the peace who reside within the One hundreds of this
County that many of the Petty Constables within the said hundreds
ar very poor men & cannot pforme their Duty in passing
of vagrants without speedy payment of the Allowaces
made them by her Maties Justices of the peace of this
County resideing within the said Hundreds for their Losse of
time & Expenses, and that there Attend unto upon the Midd
Justices of the peace who inhabite within the weekly Bills
of Mortality who are appointed to examine into the regularly
of the said allowances in very troublesome & expensed
to them, For prevencon of such Inconvenience for the
future & the case of the said Petty constables It is thought
fitt & ordered by this Court that it be and its is hereby referred
unto her Maties Justices of he peace inhabiting within
the hundreds fo Elthorn Spelthorne and Isleworth
& alse within Edgeware Divison in the Hundred of Gore
And within Kensington Division in the Hundred of Ossulston
in this County at their respective petty Sessions to be held
within the said Hundreds of Elthorne Spelthorne and
Isleworth & Divisions of Edyeware & Kensington to puse
& inspect the allowances made to the said Petty Constables
within the said hundreds & Divisions for their losse of time
& expences in passing of vagrants & to see such allowances
be just & reasonable & pursuant to the rates afterlined
by an order made at the Generall Quarter Sessions of the
Peace held for this County by adjournments the Eleventh
day of May in the Second Year of her now Maties
Reigne & after such Inspection the said Justices of the
