& Seals of Edward Le Neeve< no role > & William Conn< no role > Esqrs two of her Maties: Justices of
the Peace for the Liberty of Westminster Quor unus to the Parish of St Giles in
the Feilds in the Said County as the place of the last legall Settlement of the
Said Dorothy Pope< no role >

Your Peticonrs: think themselves aggrieved wth: the Judgment of the
Said two Justices do appeale to this Court and humbly pray that
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St Anne
within the Liberty of Westm & all other parties concerned herein ma [..]
be Ordered to attend this Court Some day this Sessions to hear
& abide the Judgment & finall determination of this Court touching
this Appeal
