Whereas Griffith Wootton< no role >
of the parish of St Andrew Holborn
in
this County Gentleman was bound by Recognizance taken
before John Bucknall< no role >
Esqr one of her Majesties Justices of the
peace for this County
for his appearance in this Court this
present Sessions to answer the Complaint of Robert Marklure< no role >
his late Servant
for refuseing to pay him the sume of
twelve pounds ten Shillings due to him for his Wages Now
upon the appearance of the Said Griffith Wootton and on a full
hearing of the Said matter in the presence of the Said Griffith
Wootton and Robert Marklure and examinacon of Said all
Wittnesses upon Oath as well on the behalf of the said Griffith
Wootton as of the Said Robert Marklure Itt appearing to this
Court that there was due to the Said Robert Macklure from
the Said Griffith Wootton the Sume of £12: 10d: for Wages Itt is
thought fitt & ordered by this Court that the Said Griffith
Wollton doe forthwith pay or cause to be paid unto the Said
Robert Marklure the Said Sume of £12: 10d: Soe appeareing to
be justly due to him from the Said Griffith Wootton for
wages as aforesaid as he will answer the Contrary att his
perill.
