The Humble Peticon And Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St: George Southwark
in the County of Surrey

Sheweth

That by Warrant under the Hands and Seales of two of her Majties:
Justices of the peace of this County One Sarah Walmsley< no role > was
passed from the parish of St: Andrew Holborne in the County
of Middlesex to the parish of St: George Southwark as the
place of her last legal Settlement

That your peticonrs: can made it Appear to this Honble: Court
that the said Sarah Walmsley< no role > was never legally setted in the
said parish of St: George Sourthwark and finding themselves
Agreived by the said Order of removeall

Yor. Peticonrs: therefore most humbly Appeal against
the said Order and pray that your Worships will be
pleased to Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St: Andrew Holborne
may appear in this Honble: Court this Prsent Sessions to
shew cause why the said Sarah Walmsley< no role > should not be
repassed to the said parish of St: Andrew Holborne

And your Peticoners shall ever pray Etc
