To the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poore of the Pish of South Myms
in the County of Middx and to every of them And to the Church-wardens and
Overseers of the poore of the Pish of Monten hadley in the County aforesd
and to all every of them.

Whereas Complaint hath beene made unto us whose hands and Seales are
hereunto Sett two of her Matys Justices of the peace for the sd County of
Middx (Quaru unus) by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore of
the sd pish of South-Myms & County aforesaid, That upon the Seven-
-teenth day of August last about Foure of the Clock in the morneing of
the same day there was a male Infant about Foureteene days old
layd at the Doore of Stephen Westwood< no role > living in the Parish of South-
Myms aforesd which is became chargeable to the sd Pish of South-
Myms, And whereas it appeareth unto us the sd Justices upon Oath
that the mother of the sd Child was a Vagrant Pson, and was brought
to bed and delivered of the Same Child att the house of one Dennis
Boyle
< no role > als Balam< no role > in the Parish of Monten Hadley aforesd, and is Since
run away & left the Same Child in the Parish of South- Myms
aforesd and finding no other Settlemt that the sd Child hath, otherwise
then in the aforesd Pish of Monten Hadley ,

These are therefore in her Matys name strictly to charge
and Comand yan and every of yea, forthwith upon Sight hereof to
remove and Coweey the Male Instant So borne as aforesd form the
sd Parish of South-Myms aforesd the next and directest way and
att the Proper Costs and charges of the Parishaners thereof unto the
Parish of Monten Hadley aforesaid and deliver the same Child
unto the Churchwardens or Overseers of the poore there together
with this prcept who are hereby required to provide for the said
Child according to Law, hereof Fayle not att your gills, Green
under our hands and Seales the 19th day of February Anno
