the said City and one of the Majesty Justices of
the peace for the said City and County the 22
Day of January 1708 .

This Inform deposeth that on the 10th of December last Thomas
Stevenson< no role > of the said parish did set and assault her the
Informant and gave her a violent blow on the head and
after wards attempted to kill her by give in her a Stab in
the Neck, and also that on the 18th & 19th of this Instant her Lodging was
attempted to be set on fir and that She doth Suspect the sd
Thomas Stevenson< no role > to have done it he have in often
thee at [..] ned that he would doe so and there upon she Charged
the said Thomas Stevenson< no role > or Sus [..] con of [..] the same
