The Exam of Mr Wm: Walker< no role > taken before [..] Ra

Confesseth and saith that on Tuesday night last being the first of his
Instant February , he this Examt Came to Daniel Coffee House in
Gerrard street in parish of st Anns Westmr , where he Found by
Two brothers Mr Thomas & Charles Walker< no role > in Compa with one Mr
Moore & of person Called Coll, where they Drank all in one Company
Burton Ale, untill about three A clock in the morning when the sd Mr Charles
Walker
< no role > asked the noice of the sd, Mr Daniel for A Dish of Coffee
which the sd Mr Daniel Seemed Displosed at and Called his sd
brother divers ill names which this Examt: asking there as on of his
soe doeing the sd Mr: Moore told this Examt: that Mr Daniel
was his frind, and he would stand by him upon which this [..]
desired his brother to with draw, and goo to his Lodgeing to prevent
any further quarrell, which he did accordingly, an this Examt wen
alsoe whom to his Lodging imediately after his brother whre when
he was undresing and gooing to Cod the sd Mr Moore with the person
Called Coll, which sd Coll Lodges in the same house with his Examt,
came to the sd House where this Examt Lodgeth anl where the sd Mr
Moore called this Examt Rase all villi an and the like Scurrillous
names which he heareing, being prohrohed to goe out of her Chamber
her Chief Examt and the sd Mr Moore went to the broad place near
St Anne Church , and what they drew their Socords, and in the encounter
the sd Mr Moore was wounded in the right Bresh, and in since Dead of the sd
wound
