The Exam: of Charles Walker< no role > taken before Ra:

County.

on his Oath smith, that he was on Tuesday night last being
he first of this Instant February , at Daniels Coffee house in
Gerrard street in parish st Anns Westmr , from about Eleven
A Clock untill about Four the next morning, in Company with
Mr: Moore Mr Wm Walker< no role > Mr Thomas Walker< no role > , and one
Gent: more whome they Call Coll but his name he Knoweth [..]
at Which place they Drank Burton Ale and about Three of
Clock that morning this Depont asking the sd Mr Daniell &
his noice for A Dish of Coffee, which the sd Mr Daniel
seemed Dis plesed at, and Cod this Depent goo to his Company
giveng him Some angrey wads, upon which Mr: Wm Walker< no role >
asked the sd Mr Daniel why he abused him this Deport &
then the sd Mr Moore, Comeing to them took the sd Mr
DarkDaniels partt saying he was his friend and would
stand by him, on which Mr Wm Walker< no role > Desired
his Deport to withdraw to his Lodgeing to prevent any
further quarrell, which he did accordingly [..] his brother Mr Wm
Walker
< no role > Following this Deport Whom to his Lodging, and being
about to undressd himself to gad to Cod Mr. Moore and Represent
called the Coll came to the Lodging of the sd, Mr Wm Walker< no role > to
this Deports, about four or five A Clock Real moring and the sd Mr Moore
gane the sd Mr Wm Walker< no role > a Gutine and Scurrillous Language
calling him Rascall and villan and such ill language, which
he hearing went Downe out of his owne Chamber, but what
happened afterward this Depont Knoweth not of his owne Knowledge
Cul that he ward the sd Mr Moore was Wounded
