That from 25th March 1702. nor poor, nor any pson that now is or hereafter shall bee a member of the
house of Comons, or Sit there during any debates the sd house of Comons [..] eny succeeding parkaind
Solemuly at the Table in the Middle of the house wth. left the house is sitting wth speaker in the Chaire
And bee a Convicted Recusand if vote wt out taking it. And forfeit for ordy wilfull offence agt. this

appointed to bee taken in the Act 1st. W & M. Intituted An Act for the Abrogating the Oaths of Suprmecy &
appointing other oaths to Administer and tender the oath herein before appointed to bee taken Co Com pson
or psons [..] Gathven And to textith the refusall at next Quart Sessions of the place, to bee received, & then
Certified to the Chancy or finys Bench. not to extirid to certaine private officers Etc

In the last Sect the Association agt. the late king James & his Adherents uselesse, therefore those words
to bee omitted And in their room Jucirt those words, agt. all his Maties. Enemyes what seen.

Anno Ane Intitled, An Act to declare the Altracons in the oath appointed to bee taken by the Act Intituled An
Act for the further security of his Maties. pson & the Succession of the Crown in the protestant line, for Exting
ishing the hopes of the prtended prince of wales & all other externs us And their open & Secret Abettors And for
Declaring the Association to bee determined.

Enacted, that all & eny pson & psons who are Enjoyned or required to Administer, take, or subscribe the oath in
the said recited Act menconed, shall Administer take & subscribe the same according to the forme herein
set down & subscribed

That since the death of the late king James & denise of King Wm, the Associacon is not necessary to bee
any longer continued therefore Repeated

And that members of this prsent part who have take the oath of Adjuracon not to take it againe during this
prsent part neither us member or officer at that time.

And that all psons [..] quinor to take may take the oaths of suprmacy & Allegrance subscribe the decd & take &
Subscribed the oath of Abjuracon in the Cots [..] King's Bench Com pleas or Exche ye. wch shall
bee offence [..] the [..] only.
