Octob: ye 11th 1708

The day & yeare above Sd. we the Inhabitant of Acton
in the County of Middsx being mett in Vestery, And
in consideration of the case of William Weedon< no role > , Now
bound to Answare at Sessions for Getting of a bastard
child on the body of Elizabeth Bennett< no role > we have come
to this agreemt: to & with the Sd Wm Weedon< no role > that he
will alow fifteen peace every week towards the keeping
ye Sd child, upon wch we the pr Shoner do desire the
honrble bench Sitting at hicks hall In St Johns Street
that they will be So favorable both to him &
us to discharge him fro any further trouble
Inorder that he may be at liberty to maintaine
himself his wife & three children & Same ye
Pish for that charge In witness whereof
we have hereunto Set or hands ye day & yeare
above written
