of Midds att their General Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The humble peticon and Appeale of the ChurchWardens & Overseers
of the poore of St Bridgett als Brides parish London

Sheweth


that by Warrant under the hands and sealed of Joseph Short< no role > and Richd.
Browne
< no role > Esqrs . two of her Majties. Justices of the peace for the sd. County
of Midds (Quor unus) dated the fourty day of September Anno
1708 . Francis plenty< no role > a Child about eight years old Son of
Richard Plenty< no role > & Mary< no role > his wife was past on Yor. petrs. as the place
of his last legall Settlement from the parish of St. Sepulchers in
the said County of Midds

That Yor. petr. cannot find out any Settlement that the
said Francis plenty< no role > hate in the sd. parish of St. Bridgett als
Brides London and therefore humbly conceive themselves
agreived by the order of the said two Justices

Yor. petr. therefore humbly Appeale to
yor. Worpps and hope the said Warrant
shall be reverted.

And yor. petrs. shall pray Etc.
