WHEREAS it appeareth unto Us, Whose Hands and Seals
are hereunto set, Two ofherMajesties Justices of the
Peace for theCountie of Middlesex
(Quorum unus) upon the Complaint of the Church-Wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the Parish ofSunbury
in the said County, thatWilliam Combes< no role > his Wife
and Children

arelately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
themselvesthere without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them, of the
House oftheirabode in the said Parish, according to
the Statute in that Cafe made and provided; And that the saidWilliam
Combes
< no role > and his Wife and Children are
likely to become chargeable to the said Parish: And whereas it appeareth

thehire waslast legally settled in the Parish of
Waisbury in the County of Bucks where hee was an
housekeeper and Served the office of a Headborow

These are therefore inherMajesties Name strictly to Charge and Com-
mand you and every of you, forthwith upon fight hereof to remove and
convey the saidWilliam Combes< no role > & his, Wife and Children.
from the said Parish ofSunbury
in the said County, to the said Parish of Waisbury in the
said Countre of Bucks
and deliverthemunto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, who are hereby required to provide forthem
