To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore of the pish of
Enfield in the County of Middx , and to the Churchwarden and
Overseer of the poore of the parish of Aston in the County of
Hertford and to every of them.

Forasmuch as it appeares unto us two for her Matys Justices of
the peace for the County of Middx (Quorn unus) that John Bigg< no role > &
Michael Ireland< no role > Churchwarden & Overseer of the poore of ye pish
of Aston aforesd by their Certificate under their respective hands
and Seales, attested by John Pryor< no role > , Henry Pryor< no role > and William
Cates
< no role > bearing date this Tenth day of June which was in the
Yeare of our Lord God 1708 directed to the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poore of the Parish of Enfield aforesd or to any
or either of them, Did owne and acknowledg John Page< no role > and his
wife to be Inhabitants legally Settled in the Parish of Aston
aforesd, and that the Eleventh day of June 1708 aforesaid
Ralph Radcliffe< no role > and Richard Helder< no role > Esqr . two of his them Matys
Justices of the peace for the aforesd County of Hertford did
allowe of the aforesd in part recited Certificate, as in and by the
aforesd recited Certificate relacen being thereunto had more
fully may appear And whereas at the time of the granting
alloweing the said Certificate they the said John Page< no role > and
wife did bring old alongwith them into the said pish [..]
Sarah< no role > and Mary< no role > their Children and Smith that time have he [..]
Issac< no role > ,Ann< no role > , James< no role > , Joseph< no role > and William< no role > their Children borne a [..]
Enfeild aforesd who are all now living, And likewise whereas
Complaint hath beene made unto us, by the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poore of the pish of Enfield aforesd. that they the
aforesd John Page< no role > his wife and Sarah< no role > , Mary< no role > , Ann< no role > , James< no role > , Joseph< no role >
and William< no role > are now become chargeable to the sd pish of Enfield
and it appearing unto us that they the said John Page< no role > his wife &
Sarah< no role > , Mary< no role > , Anne< no role > , James< no role > , Joseph< no role > , and William< no role > , nor any of them
never Since the date of the said Certificate over had or obteyned
anyother legall settlemt (pursuant to. the severall acts of Parliamt
in that case made and provided) other them in the aforesd pish
of Aston .

These are therefore in her Matys name to charge and Cormand you & every of
you, forthwith upon Sight hereof to remove and cowooy them the sd John Page< no role >
his wife and Sarah< no role > , Mary< no role > , Ann< no role > James< no role > Joseph< no role > and William< no role > their Children from
the sd pish of Enfield the next and directest way and at the proper costs & charge
of the parishoners thereof unto the aforesaid parish of Aston and deliver them
to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore there together with this Prcept
who are hereby required to provide for them, according to Law, hereof fayle not
at your pills, Given under our hands and Seales the Nineteenth day of June
