Sheweth

That your Petetioner being bound over to
appear the last sessions of the Peace was
taken up by a Constable & secured in New
Prison , and therefore could not appearthen
to withdraw his Recognizance; and Your
Petetioner being very poor, humbly prays
Your Worshipps; that he may now with-
-draw his Recognizance, paying no more,
then if he could have done if the last sessions

And Your Petitioner as in
Duty bound shall ever pray Etc
