the County of Middx

The humble peticon & appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poore of the parish of Aston
in the County of Hertford

Sheweth


The by warrant under the hands and seales of Daniel
Brattell
< no role > and Bernard Halfepenny< no role > Esqrs . two [..] of her Maties
Justices of the peace for the County of Middx (Quo P unus)
beareing date the nineteenth day of June last John

< no role > and his wife and Sarah< no role > , Mary< no role > ; Ann< no role > , James< no role > , Joseph< no role >
& Wm< no role > . their children were passed from the parish of Enfeild
in the County of Middx unto the said parish of Aston on prtence
that John Bigg< no role > & Michael Ireland< no role > Churchwarden &
Overseer of the said parish of Aston had by their Certificate
of the tenth day of June in the yeare of our L [..]
owned the said John Page< no role > and his wife to be Inhabitants
legally settled in their said parish And that the said
Certificate was allowed of by Sr : Ralph Radcliffe< no role > &
Richard Helder< no role > Esqrs . 2 of his then Maties. Justices
of peace for the County of Hertford And that the sd.
John page< no role > his wife and children were become chargeable
to the said parish of Enfeild And that they nor any of
them had since the date of the said Certificate obtained
any other legall settlemt. That yor. Petrs: conceive
themselves aggreived by the said warrt. And humbly
appeale therefrom to yor. Worshipps Judgement
and determinacon

And therefore humbly pray yor. Worpps. will appt: some
short day for the heareing & determinning of the sd. Appeal

And Yor. Petr. shall ever pray Etc.
