of £5:13s:05d which the said Mr. Copping refuseing to pay the
Stands Bound for his Appearance in this Honourable Court
this present Sessions And forasmuch as yor Petr being a Poor
Man & haveing a Family to Mainteyne Stands in Great
Want of his said Wages
