the last Sessions of ye Peace holden for this
County it was referred to Examine into the
truth of the matters contained in the

then exhibi-
ted Doe hereby Certify That we have
duely enquired into the same. And that
it appeareth unto us by the Oath of John
Clarke< no role >
of
Newington
in Hackney
in this County to whom
she prtends to have been an hired servant
that She was never by him hired or by his
deceased Wife as he reasonably beleives.
and that She the sd Grace Pate by us Exa-
mined could in no sort prove her Pretention
Wherefore we doe adjudge that the sd. Grace
Pate has no legall Settlemt. in the said Parish
of Hackneyin this County, nor is releivable
by the same Given under our hands this
